European and American Maine Coon cats belong to the same breed with shared traits, yet they display distinct differences, especially in appearance due to breeding preferences. European Maine Coons are distinguished by their wilder look, with taller ears adorned with pronounced tufts, higher cheekbones, and squarer muzzles, contributing to a regal and imposing demeanor. In contrast, American Maine Coons present a gentler appearance, with shorter, less tufted ears, smaller tails, and narrower, more natural-looking muzzles, reflecting their origin from Maine, USA. 

According to TICA, Maine Coon cats, including European Maine Coons, don't typically reach full maturity until they are 4 years of age, but can keep growing until their are 5. Adult males of the breed are quite large, with healthy weights usually around 18 to 22 pounds. Adult females are somewhat smaller, typically weighing 12 to 15 pounds, but they are still larger than average for a cat.

Reservation Process: A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a kitten from either our current or upcoming litters. This deposit is part of the total adoption fee and ensures your choice is secured.

Future Litter Reservations: For those planning in advance, we have a reservation and waitlist system. Priority picks for male and female kittens in future litters are available. After these selections, kittens are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage waitlist members to select their kitten by the age of one month for a smooth and fair reservation process.

Breeding Rights: Conditional breeding rights are available for an additional fee. This option is subject to specific terms and conditions and can be requested. NOTE: Our top priority is for the kitten's welfare. For this reason, we carefully consider breeding rights based primarily on the kitten first and your needs second.
